We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support an ongoing HR system transformation.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, alignment and implementation of project-driven changes and help translate business requirements into clear, standardized and harmonized processes that support both strategic objectives and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transformation journey, from requirements gathering and impact analysis to process design, documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization. A key part of the assignment is to structure and clarify business needs while maintaining a clear distinction between business requirements, solution design and technical implementation.

The role also includes supporting change activities and helping embed new ways of working into processes to enable sustainable adoption across the organization.

Your responsibilities include gathering, documenting and maintaining business requirements for the new HR solution, translating requirements into future-state processes and workflows, supporting process analysis and impact assessments, and ensuring that process documentation remains accurate, structured and up to date.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support the transformation from requirements gathering and impact analysis through process design, documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization.

A key part of the assignment is developing future-state Payroll processes and workflows and ensuring alignment between business needs, system requirements and new ways of working. You will document and maintain requirements for the new Payroll solution, support process and system testing and contribute to implementation readiness.

The role also includes supporting the development and maintenance of user and administrator documentation, as well as rollout and stabilization activities. You will work closely with project and change teams to help ensure that new processes and ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded in the organization.

You will work across demand forecasting, inventory management and production planning, while coordinating closely with sales, marketing, production and other key functions.

You will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence. Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take a leading role within an IT Delivery & Migration workstream as part of a larger HR transformation program.

The assignment focuses on driving the workstream from planning into execution and ensuring successful implementation, migration, testing, integration and go-live readiness. You will lead and coordinate activities across multiple parallel initiatives and ensure that delivery is aligned with project plans, governance and established ways of working.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, global functions, vendors and other project streams. You are responsible for creating structure, transparency and momentum while managing integrations, testing, data migration and system implementations. The role also includes coordinating cutover, go-live and transition to support, as well as managing risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.

You will ensure traceability between requirements, testing and delivery and maintain relevant project documentation and reporting.

Part of the assignment will also include broader Business Analyst responsibilities, such as investigations and assessments, requirements analysis, business process analysis and strategic and operational improvement initiatives.
