Two Method Specialists within DORA

We have helped our client appoint two consultants – one junior and one senior – to support ongoing work related to new regulatory requirements under DORA.
The consultants will conduct gap analyses of governance documents and compliance in operational activities. The assignment also includes the development of a self-assessment model, conducting interviews with affected parts of the organization, and ongoing status reporting ahead of delivery in the fall of 2025.
