Two business architects appointed to a client in Stockholm

We have now appointed two consultants to a customer in Stockholm to strengthen their business architecture. The assignment involves a business architect and an operational business architect/Qualiware administrator who will lead the work of developing and managing the customer’s common business architecture. The aim is to map current capabilities and processes to create a holistic picture as a basis for future development and change projects. The consultants will also be responsible for transferring existing documentation from Visio to Qualiware and building a structure that accommodates the entire IT and business architecture in a unified way.
