Sub-project manager appointed for major implementation in retail

We have helped our client to appoint an experienced sub-project manager for a large-scale implementation project in the retail sector.
The consultant will lead the work of coordinating internal resources, external suppliers and surrounding systems to ensure a smooth rollout of a new store solution. The assignment includes responsibility for planning, integrations, communication and follow-up of success criteria and budget.
