Strong first quarter for Upgraded People – sales of 470 MSEK, an increase of 15%

Upgraded People continues its growth journey and reports a strong first quarter of 2025 with sales of SEK 470 million – an increase of 15 percent compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
Growth is driven by increased demand for the company’s services in skills provision and strategic staffing, combined with a strengthened position in several of the markets in which the company operates.

We currently do not see any negative impact on our business from the geopolitical unrest and the tariff threats from the US; on the contrary, we are noticing increased interest from Germany, Norway and Denmark.
